Tactics used by Ron Wilkinson Attorney

The attorney Ron Wilkinson (Heritage law) uses the same tactics again and again in his legal practice. At first you may feel confused or shocked when you witness some of his behaviors, but when you see the list that we have compiled just realize that these behaviors are NOT by accident. They are intentional and they are calculated. The attorney Ron Wilkinson knows exactly what he is doing and everything he does is planned and calculated.

1. 1. 1. 1. Lies. This is at the core of his legal practice. He is dishonest and deceptive and we have the cases and legal documents to support this. We have been told this again and again by many of Ron’s opponents including other attorneys
         2. He will intentionally misquote you.
         3. He will fabricated statements in filings.
         4. He will ignore facts in your filings despite you having exhibits to support your statements.
         5. It is documented even by a federal court judge that he has modified documents.
         6. He will leave out portions of documents and statements.
         7. He splices emails and texts to tell the story that he wants the court to know.
         8. He will delay hearings when he knows that the facts aren’t in his clients favor.  In 2025 he has often been using his health as an excuse.  However, he makes time for the cases that are weaker and that he wants to go to court for right away.  You can actually look at the court docket to see when he was or will be in court.  For some reason his health will prevent him from appearing for your hearing, but for the weaker cases he magically has time during the same week or even same day.
         9. He’s an actor.  He actually teaches oral speaking classes at BYU in the theater department.  We highly recommend reaching out to BYU and expressing your frustration about his behaviors. You can see his bio on this page https://speech.byu.edu/speech-faculty
         10. Some attorneys have told us that Ron over promises to his clients.  This causes cases to drag on and on and both parties waste their time, their lives, and money in the court room.
         11. He will cause contention between you and your ex in order to keep litigation going.
         12. He is #1 in his book. Everyone else is just a pawn to him.
         13. He has his go to therapists and professionals who appear to favor his clients time and time again.  Two therapists that he likes to use regularly are Marina Money and Michelle Jones AKA Ann Trouche. We highly recommend filing a freedom of information act on any professional that he recommends on your case so that you can see the percentage of cases of his that they have testified in. You can see how many cases these professionals have testified in and how often they testify in favor of Ron’s clients.
         14. He loves to use ACAFS for supervised visits.  He has a connection per Utah County documented records.  Ironically, the supervisors there were or may still be BYU intern students.
         15. He also has his go to Guardian Ad Litems.
         16. He has his go to mediators.  Be careful with mediators. They may not always accurately communicate your offers.  Put them in writing.  If a mediator does not make the correct offer.  Simply tell them to go back to the opposing party and correct their mistakes or mediation is over.
         17. He will attempt to move cases to the Provo 4th district court.  He does this because he is well connected there.  He helped vote most of the commissioners and judges in that district into office.  Ron Wilkinson used to sit on the Judicial Nominating committee for the 4th district.  He has a really hard time winning cases outside of the Provo 4th district court.  That statistics are not in his favor. You read that correctly.  He used to help vote in the commissioners and judges who he goes before.  Do you think that this is a major conflict of interest? Luckily due to the work of some great citizens and members of congress Ron was removed from this committee. It goes to show what good can happen when people of integrity stand up for what is right.
